The Peninsula Public Library offers its patrons free passes to the following museums:
Admission: two adults and accompanying children (17 and under) for free.
Admits six people for free.

This pass admits a family of four. This pass will be valid only for one day: the date of visit.
Two passes for two adults. Children under 10 are not permitted.
Admits four adults or two adults and four children (5-12 yrs.) Children under five are admitted free. This pass will be valid only for one day: the date of visit.
Admits two adults and two children 12 yrs. of age and under and free admission to all family programming.
This pass admits six people for free. Go through the member line with this pass. This pass will be valid only for one day: the date of visit. This pass now includes free admission to the Space Shuttle Pavilion!
Two adults are admitted free of charge with pass. Children under 18 years of age are free.
This pass admits four people for free.
This pass admits five people for free.
This pass is for 2 adults. Children under 18 admitted free.
Each pass admits two adults and two children free.
Old Westbury Gardens
This pass admits two adults and their children free. This pass will be valid only for one day: the date of visit.

How do I reserve a pass?
It is recommended you reserve a pass in advance of your visit if possible. Reservations can be made thirty days ahead of your planned visit. Passes can be reserved by visiting or calling the Reference Desk 516-239-3262 ext. 205.
How long do I have the pass?
Passes may be borrowed for four days, which includes the day it is picked up and the day it is returned.
As of October 1st, 2017, The Firefighters Museum, The Frick Museum, Garvies Point, Intrepid Museum, the New York Transit Museum, Old Westbury Gardens and The Oyster Bay Railroad Museum do not adhere to the four day rule. They can be reserved for only one day: the date of of your planned visit. Please call the Library for details.
How do I pick up my pass?
Passes are picked up from the Reference Desk on the second floor and then must be checked out at the Circulation Desk.
How many passes may I reserve at one time?
Patrons may have one reservation to one museum per family household every sixty days.
How do I return the pass?
Passes are to be returned to the circulation desk by one hour before the library closes on the due date. They cannot be put in the Library drop box. The one-day passes do not have to be returned and can be destroyed after use.
What if I lose or damage the pass?
If a pass is late, overdue charges are $5 per day. In addition if the lateness causes another patron to not be able to pick up a pass the price of admission will be added to the fines. If lost, there is a non-refundable charge of $25. A pass will be considered overdue until it is reported missing so alert the library right away.
It is the responsibility of the user to telephone or check the Museum website in advance for information on hours of operation, parking and/or directions.
